Founder's Story

With an Educational background in Architecture and Construction Management from the University of Westminster in London, UK, and with over 2 decades of experience in the Real Estate and Property Development industry, Ali now lives and continues his career in Los Angeles. 

Having founded and operated his own Brokerage in London, he then transitioned into property Investment and Development. An entrepreneur at heart he has ventured into other businesses including owning and operating a medical facility, venturing into the hospitality industry and owning a bar/restaurant in London amongst other ventures in the past. 

Despite his overall love of business, his real passion has always been in the Real Estate World and has always been active in this space, buying and flipping his first property over the summer vacation even before graduating University.

Embracing Los Angeles as his new home, he is a licensed Realtor and possessing his California Contractors license puts him in a unique position to be able to understand and evaluate, acquire, permit and take on the Construction of new projects.
